Architects can bring so much to organisations, not just in strategy but also by helping increase organisational momentum enabling faster and faster delivery. The market demand for architecture is healthy, so companies do see the benefits. However, many architects aren’t empowered to help bring about those benefits at scale, which is reflected in the common perception that “architecture is a blocker”, as opposed to “architecture is an accelerator”.

I’ve wanted to put down a few ideas and thoughts down around this topic for a while, and this website is to result helping to give architects fresh ideas on how to help organisations become more agile. In parallel, it should help senior leadership and the wider tech community on how leverage architects better and to help deliver that acceleration across an organisation.

I didn’t want to publish anything big & heavy and, so hopefully, you will find the site format of small posts easy to digest. I’ve grouped the content into loose themes to help the ideas come across more clearly.
