I’m sure you’ve been in that situation where you’ve been talking for just a few moments in your section of a meeting. To keep it short, you have boiled the situation down to a clear focused solution, but… looking around the room (or Teams screen) you see a set of blank faces… You have pitched the words and content at the wrong “tech level” for this meeting – no one has any idea what you are talking about, and, even worse, you’ve potentially lost a slot to talk in the rest of the meeting.

The following are a number of ideas / tools that can help you bridge the gap between the business and tech communities. They should also help ensure you don’t accidentally switch into your native Klingon (aka tech speak to the business users).
